Architect Team - Senior Software Developer/Designer

We have a small but dynamic architecture and design team is focused on
setting the architectural direction for our future product development. It
is an exciting area that focuses on merging the very best technology and
design patterns to create the best possible solutions for tomorrow.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with the team to develop potential solutions for key
business and technical requirements.
- Iterative prototyping to validate concepts and mitigate risk prior
to engagement of full development team.
- Development of design artifacts using UML modeling.
- Mentoring and consultation with main development team.
Qualifications:
- Relevant business systems architecture.
- Design and development experience using Microsoft's .NET
technologies is a requirement.
- Extensive advanced-level experience designing and developing
business systems using SQL, Web and/or OO technologies.
- Experience with Domain Driven Development and/or Test Driven
Development while not essential would be a strong asset.
- Familiarity with service oriented enterprise architecture using
modern design methodologies aligned with best practices would also be
considered very valuable.
- You must also have great interpersonal, team leadership and project
management skills to be truly successful in this challenging position.
