Upside Software Announces Double Digit Growth
Upside Software completed its 2009 Fiscal Year with a double digit growth in both revenues and profits  

EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA — Upside Software, the global leader in Contract Lifecycle Management software announced today its May 31, 2009 fiscal year beat the average in growth across its industry and the forward outlook continues to look promising.

The company grew revenues by over 30% from the year before and in the same period experienced an EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) growth of over 80%. Its assets also experienced a double digit growth and its current and quick ratio are both over 5. Upside Software has been profitable since its second year (2001) and is one of the few (if not only) profitable pure-play providers in the enterprise contract lifecycle management market. It also has amongst the largest number of customers in the market as well as number of licensed users.
