Contract Creation and Management Gets Much Easier

New version of contract management software enables greater document control, tighter integration with Microsoft Office and improved process support
EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA—Upside Software Inc., an integrated enterprise contract management software provider, announced today the availability of its latest release of UpsideContract – v3.5 – offering significant additions and improvements to its contract creation and management functionality.
 
UpsideContract 3.5 includes many enhancements to the functions available in earlier versions plus adds extensive functionality for document sharing in Microsoft Word and for support of rate sheets and user defined tables.

Some of the improvements and new features in UpsideContract 3.5 are:
  • Microsoft Word document export/import that enables a contract to be exported to Word to be shared, redlined, changed, etc., then imported into UpsideContract with all changes captured and tracked.
  • Ability to import rate sheet data from a CSV file into contract details.
  • Support for confidential contracts that include a distinct access control list.
  • Improved document creation and formatting functions with multiple style sheets supported in a single document.
  • Improved email notification capabilities, including data placeholders in email subject line.
