Upside Software Selected by Microsoft
Microsoft acquires license for UpsideContract
 
EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA—Upside Software Inc., an integrated enterprise contract management software provider, announced today the purchase of a divisional license of UpsideContract by Microsoft Corp.
