After testing out new concepts and a working model to customers at Upside Software’s Annual User Conference and taking their valuable feedback into consideration, V6 is a summation of user input and our expertise based on about 300 customers. With a brand new look, enhanced performance and more user-friendly features, V6 is sure to ease your day-to-day contract management tasks.

A more spacious working area and easier access to important links has been created through the use of drop down menus. The new Navigation control menu on the left hand side replaces former tab sets to group together commonly used commands. There are now greater customization options than ever before. Users have the capability to modify the screen layout of the Personal Dashboard, edit or translate text on labels and configure search parameters on listing screens.

UpsideContract - General Contract Management Overview

UpsideContract is an enterprise-class contract management solution providing full contract lifecycle management functionality – including collaborative contract creation and negotiation, performance, compliance and risk management, amendment and renewal processing, and event management – in a package that is completely web-based with no plug-ins required.

UpsideContract is based entirely on Microsoft .NET technology, simplifying interoperability and integration with all other systems on a platform that provides significantly better performance and usability. The advanced design and extensive flexibility of the user-configurable interface enables rapid user adoption while robust security ensures information and functions are granted only to the appropriate people.
