Upside Software’s licensing approach is very flexible, providing options for one-time fee, subscription, use-based fees, etc. to ensure customers get the most value possible from our solutions. Upside Software works with customers to ensure that our licensing approach fits their business needs.

Upside Software's solutions have been built with sophisticated, high performance functionality required by large corporations and public sector organizations. To get the most out of our solutions we strongly recommend the group license approach which removes all restrictions in numbers of users, transactions, interfaces, etc. within your business unit.

Scalability

Upside Software caters to businesses of all sizes (SMEs and large Fortune 500, Global 2000 corporations), as well as public sector organizations. By restricting the number of users and / or the transaction volumes the system will process, we are able to offer the full functionality of our systems for a fraction of the cost.

Upside Software has large global customers utilizing the system to manage tens and hundreds of thousands of contracts, with tens of thousands of users. We also have customers that are small with less than 20 employees that manage fewer than 100 contracts. This demonstrates the incredible scalability of our solutions and their adaptability across industries (we have customers in virtually every industry).

Customer Hosted Model – Internal Firewall

Upside Software offers the traditional model where the application resides within the customer's secure environment and is provided to its stakeholders through an Intranet or Extranet. The Customer Hosted Model is typical for large organizations where, due to the extremely sensitive nature of their contracts, they prefer not to have their contracts reside with a third party, regardless of the security and confidentiality assurances provided.

SaaS (Software as a Service) model / Hosted Model

Upside Software offers an externally hosted SaaS model. Working with our hosting partners, or a hosting vendor of a customer's preference, can minimize the IT infrastructure and reduce the related initial investment required, thereby accelerating deployment and return on investment.

Upside Software offers pricing models that are subscription based (e.g., fixed monthly or yearly fee) that provide a full turn-key solution with secure hosting and can also include full implementation services, including Training and Data Conversion or an out-of-the-box ready to use solution.
